Do you want an opportunity to go deep in discipleship, to grow in your walk with Jesus, the Father, and the Holy Spirit, to build relationships, and to develop as a leader and disciple of Jesus? FHI’s Global Servanthood Internship (GSI) is an amazing opportunity for all of these things and so much more! FHI is offering two different Global Servanthood Internship opportunities, one begins in the fall and one begins in the spring. Ministry experience is preferred, but all applications are welcome!

GSI is a five month internship designed to train and equip you in both stateside and overseas ministry as you grow in your personal relationship with Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and those in the communities of both Charleston, SC and globally. You will spend 10 weeks in Charleston, SC and 10 weeks on a local or international assignment.

Spring Internship: February 3rd - August 8th
Fall Internship: September 1st - January 16th
Location: Charleston, SC (In-person)
15-25 hours per week
Minimum 18 yrs of age
Fundraised position (unpaid)

Assist Africa Freedom Mission (AFM) in daily tasks in regard to stateside and international missions
Assist in responsibilities involving community outreach and event development
Help develop stateside property
Disciple and Equip stateside teams
Receive discipleship and training in full-time ministry
Facilitate and help with the development of a prayer room and gatherings
