If you had told me a few years ago that I would be where I am today, I wouldn’t have believed you. I grew up going to church, but it wasn’t until a few years ago, when I personally encountered Jesus, that everything changed. My understanding of God was once shaped by rules and religion, but when I truly met Him, I found relationship, freedom, and a love that transformed my entire life.

I never imagined myself following Jesus the way I do now, let alone stepping into something like Freedom House Discipleship School. But God’s plans are always bigger than our own. He has ignited a fire in my heart for those who don’t know Him—for the lost, the broken, and the searching. I’ve tasted and seen His goodness, and I can’t stay silent about it. I want others to know the Jesus who meets us in our mess, who brings hope to the hopeless, and who calls us into something greater than ourselves.

This next year is an act of obedience, like, stepping into the unknown, allowing God to stretch me, and being equipped to boldly share the gospel. It’s outside of my comfort zone, but I know that’s exactly where God moves the most. I’m expectant and excited for all that He is going to do, and I’m ready to walk wherever He leads!
